The Sally Borden Building at The Banff Centre is a great place to head in Banff National Park for drop-in yoga classes. They offer Flow and Vinyasa classes designed to accommodate every skill level. One class costs $10, or if you’re going to be in the area a while, try the 10-class punch card for $90. Mats provided. The center also has a climbing gym, pool and extensive arts and culture program.
